Mohammad Hafeez is a Pakistani cricketer. Hafeez was born on 17 October 1980 in Sargodha.  His full name is Mohammad hafeez Cheena. His height is 5ft ,9in. He is right hand batsman and bowling style is right arm.  He is the captain of Pakistan cricket team. He is a right-hand opening batsman and a right-arm off-spin bowler. Hafeez usually opens the batting and forms part of bowling attack. He is known for his intelligent batting but also for aggressive shot plays when needed.
 Mohammad Hafeez Cheena was one of several young all-rounders in the Pakistani cricket team. In 2003 World Cup where Pakistan was out from first round the Test squad from the ODI side. Mohammad hafeez returned ODI in 2005.In the 2006 series  aganist Australia, Hafeez smashed his first century for Pakistan. Mohammad Hafeez retained in the Test squad for Pakistan's series against theWest Indies.
 In 2010 he was recalled for the third ICC World Twenty20 squad. However he was subsequently selected for the T20s and the ODI on Pakistan's 2010 tour of England.  He is the second highest Pakistani run scorer in the ODI series. He played in all ODI matches. At the end of 2010 he was also selected for the party of  New Zealand and the West Indies and this  resulte is establishing himself as a regular in the Test, ODI and T20 teams. Against India on 18 March 2012 in Bangladesh at the 2012 Asia Cup,  he scored 105 off 113 balls and was involved in a 224 run partnership with Nasir Jamshed  which is the best opening partnership for Pakistan against India in one day Internationals.
 He was appointed captain of the Pakistan T20 team in May 2012 and vice captain, under Misbah-ul- haq of the ODI and Test teams.
